Welcome to our village...
     Ban Doi Santi is the second village encountered along the road into the Mae Yang Min catchment, and falls within the government zoned Moo 11. Doi Santi means "Hill of Peace". It is actually located on two adjoining hilltops - one containing the Akha section and the other the Lahu section. Doi Santi has a primary school located next to the main road. This village is the only one serviced by a surfaced tar road and has a very charismatic village leader.
